Eton Hall is a 3 storey building, with a built in area of 40,000sq ft. The land surrounding Eton Hall is approx. 4acres.

There are approx. 150 Air condition full furnished bedrooms with study halls, recreation room, kitchen,

basketball/badminton courts. It is situated in the lush and green environment at Alexandra Park.

It is easily accessible by bus and MRT. The big shopping centres nearby include Queensway Shopping Centre,

Ikea and Anchorpoint.

1.How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?

Walking distance around 8-10mins to Alexandra Village.

2.Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?

No, for Monday to Friday is 6pm to 6am, Saturday & Sunday will be 24 hours.

3.Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?

We have Double & 4 sharing room, all the beds are loft bed

4.Normally, how many people share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?

Around 8 students to share a toilet and shower room

5.Does the hostel provides bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?

We provides individual student bed sheets, pillow and pillow case

6.Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?

We offer Quarterly payment

8.Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing? Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?

Sure, anytime you can visit.. but prefer to call first before visit, so that my staff will know who is coming..

9.How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?

bus station to town area around 7mins walk.

10.Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?

So far no shuttle bus services

11.Where to eat?

Around 8-10mins walk to Alexandra Village hawker center and food court.. fast food have Mcdonals.

12.How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings?

Yea, we separated by male and female by different level

13.Does the roommate can be chosen?

We will try to compromise their request if they have any. Normally prefer arrange their hometown student or same nationality to stay together, because they can easy to be good friend.

14.Is there any washing machine provided?

Yes, we have coin-operated washing machine and dryer.. Per wash is $2.00

15.Do the rooms have windows?

Yes. Have a window for individual room

16.Can I chose to not stay with Chinese?

Yes, of course... if the room availability is allow us to do so.

17.Will the common bathroom for each floor be excessively crowded?

No, so far we don't have this problem arises before

18.Does the hostel provides laundry services?

No, because of hygiene issue, we prefer them to wash by washing machine.
