Tai Keng Villa Homestay is a Singaporean Chinese family living in a comfortable and fully furnished 3-storey terrace house in Jalan Kelichap (Upper Paya Lebar area). I work in a local university and have 2 teenage children, aged 13 and 14 years' old. 

Tai Keng Villa Homestay undertake to provide a warm, friendly and caring environment for them. Students will have lots of fun and laughter staying with me and my 2 teenage children. Besides having fun, we also focus a lot on values, conduct, and academic rigour. 

Our family speaks English predominantly, but we are proficient in Mandarin too.
