EL is carefully designed to cater for the accommodation of students. It is an alternative to the standard student accommodation in Singapore and is recognized by the Singapore Tourism Board.Our hostel is well equipped to house about 600 students. To date, we house over 500 students from various countries . The rooms available are 4 in 1, 2 in 1, and single rooms.Other than budget accommodation, we can also house students who prefer higher standard in another block of 46 uniquely designed rooms.

All rooms come with an attached bathroom and are fully air-conditioned (24hrs).

The room rental is renewable accordingly as per contractual period with advance rental – this applies to existing tenant as well.

The room rate is inclusive of the standard furnishing electrical, water utilities charges & usage of the fully equipped kitchen which is centrally located.Cooking utensils are not provided.
