Singapore EX homestay is located in senior private residential area.There are about 40 schools near it ,among which are unviersities ,middle schools and primary schools. EX provides full boarding care and guardianship to international students, assisting foreign students to settle well in the new learning and living environment in Singapore. EX Homestay has hosted students from more than 20 countries. They have always found EX Homestay a cozy place whereby they can learn well and make many international friends. Above rates include: water and electricity expenses; Internet access; Laundry services; GST included.
Hostel one-time payment admission fee: S$ 50.00; Maintenance fee S$200.00 per year.
Pay conditions:

1. pay one year’s rental:No deposit;
2. pay half an year’s rental:2 month deposit;
3. pay 1 month’s rental:2 month deposit and another 3% monthly rent;

If the student is under 12 years old,another S$150 is needed.
Entry requirements: Student Pass Holders.

12、EX homestay at Lor Kilat are surrounded with many food courts, 24 hour restaurant, 24 hour clinic, 24 hour convenience stores, supermarkets. It respectively takes 10 minutes and 1minute to the nearest MRT and the nearest bus stop.
13、Under the EX homestay at PARC Vista,there are many public facilities: barbecue sets, gym, swimming pool.It is convenient to go shopping and eat. It takes 2 minutes to the nearest MRT.
