The above rental charges are inclusive of the laundry services weekdays daily, utilizes bills,maintenance and the use of facilities.
There is a one-time charge admission fee of S$100.00 and one month's rental as a deposit. After paying the deposit ,the hostel will reserve a room for you

1. How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?
Located at Little India area, living, shopping and eating are very convenient.
 
2. Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?
Air-conditioning 24 hours.

3. Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?
The tenant can request double bed, single bed or bunk beds.
 
4. Normally, how many people share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?
Some rooms have attached bathroom, if not, 3-4 rooms share a bathroom.

5. Does the hostel provides bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?
No.

6. Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?
One-time payment stipulated by the contract.

7. Room sizes.
All the rooms has more than 15 square meters. The single room with attached  bathroom, for example, is more than 20 square meters. Basically the rooms are between 15-30 square meters.

8. Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing?  Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?
An in charged hostel staff must be contacted by our consultants to make the viewing, the detailed viewing time must be pre-arranged that respect both tenant and staff time schedule. Under normal circumstances, the viewing can be arranged for the next day, 10:00 am to 18:00. During weekends, there is no guarantee that the hostel is available for viewing, please inquiry with us first.

9. How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?
The nearest subway station is three minutes walking.

10. Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?
Not necessary.

11. Where to eat?
Nearby a big variety of cuisines, as well as many over-night restaurants.

12. How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings?
The rental is provided for the whole room, the tenant(s) can make own arrangements.

13. Does the roommate can be chosen?
Tenants make their own arrangements.

14. Is there washing machine provided?
Free laundry.

15. Do the rooms have windows?
The rooms have large windows.


16. Can I chose to not stay with Chinese?
Tenants make their own arrangements.

17. Will the common bathroom for each floor be excessively crowded?
No, there is few tenants.

18. Does the hostel provides laundry services?
Tenants can use the washing machine, free of charge.
