AS International Hostel is located along Dunman Road in the prime eastern side of Singapore. It is a self-contained 4-storey building licensed and approved by Singapore government as a students' hostel. There is a food centre below the building selling delicious local food at affordable prices. In addition, there are a wide variety of eateries, minimart, convenient shops and facilities within its vicinity. Major public amenities such as East Coast Park, Parade Shopping Mall, Katong Mall are located within a stone's throw away. Public transportation is easily available with a bus stop just in front of the building. Students can reach the city area within 20 minutes by bus.

On the street level, there are several restaurants and small supermarkets.

2. Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?
Air-conditioning 24 hours.

3. Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?
Depends on each room and pattern of arrangements. Normally, there are bunk beds in double shared room, one single bed and one bunk bed in the triple sharing room, bunk beds in quad sharing rooms.

4. Normally, how many people share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?
About 10.

5. Does the hostel provides bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?
Does not provide.

6. Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?
One-time payment stipulated by the contract.

About 15 to 25 square meters.

8. Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing? Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?
An in charged hostel staff must be contacted by our consultants to make the viewing, the detailed viewing time must be pre-arranged that respect both tenant and staff time schedule. Under normal circumstances, the viewing can be arranged for the next day, 10:00 am to 18:00. During weekends, there is no guarantee that the hostel is available for viewing, please inquiry with us first.

9. How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?
1 minute walking to the nearest bus stop. 3 bus stops to the nearest MRT station.

10. Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?
No.

11. Where to eat?
Downstairs there is a lot of restaurants.

Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
