NOTE:

Above rental in double APT is inclusive of housekeeping twice a week & changing of bed sheets fortnightly.

The above rental charges are inclusive of prevailing Government Tax, utilizes bills(15S$ / month), maintenance and the use of facilities.
There is a one-time charge admission fee of S$168 and a key deposit of SGD 500

Booking will be reserved only after the receival of deposit fee S$200

1. How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?
The hostel is nearby (5 minute walking distance) a number of supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, food courts (7 minutes walk).

2. Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?
The air conditioning is turned on 18:00 to 8:00 (Monday to Friday). During weekends and public holidays, air conditioning 24 hours.
 
3. Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?
Double room - single bed, triple room - a single bed or bunk beds, quadruple rooms - bunk beds or single bed.

4. Normally, how many people share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?
About a dozen rooms share 5 bathrooms.

5. Does the hostel provides bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?
Sheets, blankets and pillows provided.

6. Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?
One-time payment stipulated by the contract.

7. Room sizes.
Double Room - 15 square meters; triple and quadruple rooms - 23 square meters; 6 Room - 25 m2

8. Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing?  Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?
An in charged hostel staff must be contacted by our consultants to make the viewing, the detailed viewing time must be pre-arranged that respect both tenant and staff time schedule. Under normal circumstances, the viewing can be arranged for the next day, 10:00 am to 18:00. During weekends, there is no guarantee that the hostel is available for viewing, please inquiry with us first.
 
9. How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?
The nearest subway station (Farrer Park) 10 minutes; 5 bus stops to Little India MRT Station. 5 minutes walking to the nearest bus stop.

10. Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?
No

11. Where to eat?
Nearby restaurants, food courts (7 minutes walk).

12. How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings?
Male and Female tenants accommodated at different blocks.

13. Does the roommate can be chosen?
Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
 
14. Is there any washing machine provided?
Free laundry service provided from Monday to Friday; Additional clothing can  use coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

15. Do the rooms have windows?
Yes.

16. Can I chose to not stay with Chinese?
Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
 
17. Will the common bathroom for each floor be excessively crowded?
No, queuing is unlikely to be occur.
 
18. the apartments have a laundry service?
Free laundry service provided from Monday to Friday
