1.How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?

2.Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours? Yes

6.Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?

Payment is upfront payment upon check in; cash or local cheque payment. No minimum contract required. Student is allowed to extend their stay.

8.Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing? Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?

Yes, visiting is anytime; kindly inform us in advance for the visiting time. Weekend is allowed to visit.

7 minutes’ walk to Botanic Gardens MRT Station / Farrer Road MRT

12.How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings? All in same building only
