BMACS Student Residences is located conveniently near shopping malls, hospitals, sports facilities, food centres and supermarkets and is right next to Beacon International College. Nearby MRT train stations include Novena (NS-20), Toa Payoh (NS-19), Farrer Park (NE-8) and Boon Keng (NE-9). We provide free broadband connection, security, laundry area, kitchen and housekeeping twice a week. In addition to these amenities, there are recreational facilities such as a basketball court and common lounge.

Accommodation options include a single room, double-sharing and quartet-sharing.

Students may choose to sign a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month contract with BMACS Student Residences. Prices vary according to the length of the contract and the type of room.

Students' Lounge - Here at Beacon, we have our students’ welfare in mind. Thus, a student lounge is available for students to rest and relax during breaks. Students are welcome to have their meals in the comfort of the students’ lounge. Snack and drink machines are located in the students’ lounge and around the school campus for the convenience of students. Study tables provide students with a comfortable environment for self-study.

Library - A Library is also provided for students to enrich their learning, or simply for leisure reading purposes. The library is stocked up with reference books on various topics, such as computing, business, psychology, travel and GCE ‘O’ Level subjects. A large range of Fiction books and magazines are also available. Other facilities located in the library include a photocopying machine, a wireless network printer, and a desktop computer.

Basketball Court - Basketball is a great way to meet new friends and build team spirit.
