The above rental charges are inclusive of the laundry services weekly housing keeping ,bad-sheet changing , utilizes ,24-hours aircon and the use of facilities.
There is a one-time charge admission fee of S$100.00 and a key deposit of S$500.00.After paying the deposit ,the hostel will reserve a room for you

1. Cancellation policy:

a) There shall be no refund of deposit made if cancellation of reservation is made less than

 14 days in advance.

1. How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?
At the hostel's front door, there are three small restaurants specialized to serve the students. 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest supermarket.

2. Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?
Yes.

 
3. Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?
Normally, double sharing rooms provide bunk beds, triple sharing room provides one single bed and one bunk bed, quadruple sharing room provides bunk beds.

4. Normally, how many rooms share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?
About 15 rooms share 5 bathrooms.

5. Does the hostel provides sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?
 No.

6. Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?
One-time payment stipulated by the contract.

7. Room sizes.
Single Room - 8 square meters; Double sharing room - 8 -12 square meters; Triple / Quadruple - more than 20 square meters.

8. Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing?  Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?
An in charged hostel staff must be contacted by our consultants to make the viewing, the detailed viewing time must be pre-arranged that respect both tenant and staff time schedule. Under normal circumstances, the viewing can be arranged for the next day, 10:00 am to 18:00. During weekends, there is no guarantee that the hostel is available for viewing, please inquiry with us first.
 
9. How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?
From the subway station bus stop. Apartment door of the bus station there.

10. Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?
Free shuttle to Aljunied MRT Station 08:30-09:30, to Serangoon MRT 08:00-09:00 (Monday to Friday).

11. Where to eat?
At the hostel's front door, there are three small restaurants specialized to serve the students. Students can also cook their own food. 5 minutes walking distance to a nearby food center.

12. How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings?
Male and Female tenants accommodated at different levels.

13. Does the roommate can be chosen?
Students can do their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.

14. Is there washing machine provided?
Monday to Friday, free laundry. If you have additional clothing, and students can use coin-operated washers and dryers.

15. Do the rooms have windows?
Basically they have.

16. Can I chose to not stay with Chinese?
Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
 
17. Will the common bathroom for each floor be excessively crowded?
No, queuing is unlike to be happen.

18. Does the hostel provides laundry services?
Monday to Friday, free laundry. Any additional clothing, students can use coin-operated washers and dryers.
