There is a one-time charge admission fee of S$168 and a key deposit of S$ 500

1. How convenient are the hostel's surrounding amenities? Is there any Supermarket?
The hostel is located at a extremely convenient area, 50 meters from  Singapore's cheapest and freshest supermarket chains, 100 meters from fruit stores, grocery stores, convenience stores .

2. Does the air conditioning operates 24 hours?
The air conditioning is turned on 18:00 to 8:00 (Monday to Friday). During weekends and public holidays, air conditioning 24 hours.
 
3. Inside the double sharing room, triple sharing room or quadruple sharing room, are there bunk beds or single beds?
Double room - single bed, Triple and Quadruple rooms - bunk bed.

4. Normally, how many people share the public common toilet/bathroom when it is necessary?
About 10 rooms share 4 bathrooms at the same floor.

5. Does the hostel provides bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases or towels?
Sheets, blankets, pillows.

6. Can the rental fee be payed monthly or lump-sum payment?
One-time payment stipulated by the contract.
 
7. Room sizes.
Double Room - 10 square meters; double room with bathroom 15 square meters; triple and quadruple rooms - 20 to 25 square meters.

8. Can I visit the hostel at any time? Is there any time limit for room viewing?  Can I do the room viewing during Weekends?
An in charged hostel staff must be contacted by our consultants to make the viewing, the detailed viewing time must be pre-arranged that respect both tenant and staff time schedule. Under normal circumstances, the viewing can be arranged for the next day, 10:00 am to 18:00. During weekends, there is no guarantee that the hostel is available for viewing, please inquiry with us first.
 
9. How far is the nearest subway station and bus station?
100 meters to the nearest bus stop, 6 minutes walking to the nearest MRT station .

10. Does the hostel provides free shuttle bus?
No.

11. Where to eat?
The vicinity is very convenient, 100 meters to a number of food courts. 5 minutes walking (near the subway station there are endless food court, restaurant, 24-hour restaurant (Singapore's famous eating area)). Students can also use the common kitchen to cook.

12. How male and female tenants are separated? At different levels? At different buildings?
Half of the building is strictly allowed to be accessed by female tenants, the other half is restricted for male tenants.

13. Does the roommate can be chosen?
Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
 
14. Is there any washing machine provided?
Provide free laundry service from Monday to Friday; additional clothing, coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

15. Do the rooms have windows?
Most of the rooms have windows.

16. Can I chose to not stay with Chinese?
Students can to their special requirements, but it will depends on dormitory arrangements and hostel's occupancy conditions.
 
17. Will the common bathroom for each floor be excessively crowded?
No, queuing is unlikely to be occur.
 
18. Does the hostel provides laundry services?
Provide free laundry service from Monday to Friday; additional clothing use coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
