The above rental charges are inclusive of 7% GST, utilizes bills(15S$ / month), maintenance and the use of facilities.

Access Requirement：Parents(children should have Student Card)  Maxmum stay time is one month.

Booking will be reserved only after the receival of service fee S$100 (agent fee ,not refundable)
