6 months lease ,you should pay all fee in one time .

12 months lease ,you can pay the fee three month a time .

Children under the age of 14 are all offered with break refreshments (sandwiches. Rice cake fruit cookies)

We will supply the children's kitchen with food twice a week ,including chocolate milk, milk tea and cookies and health instant noodles. Room rental includes utilities bills (water, electricity), housekeeping,，maintenance fees
Booking will be reserved only after the receival of deposit fee S$200

There is a one time registration fee of S$100
